Eligible Participants Eligible participants are natural persons who reside within the European Union and have reached the age of 18. Persons involved in the concept and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are valid reasons.
Prize, Notification and Prize Delivery
Only the product that is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be given away. Other products, tools, accessories or other items from the video are expressly not included in the giveaway.
The winners will be determined directly after the participation deadline as part of a random drawing among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent toservice@toolbrothers.deto claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their residence located in Germany. The operator will cover the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
