Sweepstakes Procedure The duration of our sweepstakes is based on the period specified and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the sweepstakes online.
Participation To participate in the sweepstakes, a comment under the sweepstakes video is required. Furthermore, you can subscribe to our channel to not miss any more sweepstakes and increase your chance of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the drawing.
Eligibility Eligible are natural persons residing within the European Union and who have completed their 18th year of age. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons.
Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
Only the product that is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be raffled as a prize. Other products, aids, accessories, or other items from the video are explicitly not part of the raffle.
The determination of the winners takes place immediately after the participation deadline as part of a random drawing among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent toservice@toolbrothers.dein order to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their place of residence located in Germany. The operator will cover the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
After the winner is announced, the winner must contact Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH using the email address provided in the announcement within two days (48 hours) and provide us with their address. If the winner does not contact us within a period of two days, a new winner may be drawn.

Data Protection By participating in the sweepstakes, the customer agrees that their Social Media nickname will be publicly announced on our blog in case of a win. Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.
The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing to service@toolbrothers.de.
