Giveaway process The duration of our giveaways is determined by the period set and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.
Participation To participate in the giveaway, a comment under the giveaway video is required. Additionally, you can subscribe to our channel to not miss any more giveaways and increase your chance of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.
Eligibility Eligible to participate are natural persons residing within the European Union who have completed their 18th year of age. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are valid reasons.
Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize
Only the product that is expressly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be given away as a prize. Other products, aids, accessories, or other items from the video are expressly not part of the giveaway.
The determination of the winners takes place immediately after the participation deadline as part of a random draw among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the relevant blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent toservice@toolbrothers.deto claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their place of residence located in Germany. The costs incurred for shipping the prize will be borne by the operator. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
After the winner is announced, the winner must contact the email address of Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH provided in the announcement within two days (48 hours) and provide us with their address. If the winner does not contact within a period of two days, a new winner can be drawn.
Termination of the Giveaway The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent a planned course of the giveaway.
