Product description:

The chipboard screws Power-Fast II from Fischer are suitable for load-bearing wood constructions, for connecting parts made of solid wood, glued laminated wood, wood-based panels, etc., as well as for connecting metal parts to wood. These screws ensure powerful connections in all types of wood, but can also be used for damage-free fastening of metal parts to wood. They are screws with tested loads in the fischer anchor (e.g. DUOPOWER and UX). They guarantee flexible use in anchors with high load-bearing capacities. With these screws, Fischer has succeeded in creating the ideal solution for a clean surface finish with less metal damage. These screws also feature a three-ribbed tip for fast bite and pre-milling and for easy installation and removal. Their bottom head geometry with optimised double cone and milling pockets ensure fewer ripped wood surfaces and less metal damage. For a better look and feel of the surfaces, their increased thread pitch significantly reduces screw-in time and allows for quick assembly. Their shank milling ribs in combination with their core cutter geometry noticeably reduce the screw-in resistance. Thus, more screws can be screwed in with a longer battery life and less effort. Their new core cutter geometry ensure precise milling and optimum machining of the wood flour. As a result, small edge and centre distances are possible. Their plated zinc coating, blue passivated, does not contain any chrome VI and is therefore very environmentally friendly. These new Power Fast II screws, with their unique screw geometry, combine the highest technical know-how with excellent design. Power Fast II is the chipboard screw for fast and flexible processing.
