The SIMPLEX D60mm and D80mm soft-face mallets with the rubber / superplastic insert combination are indispensable companions for a wide range of applications. These top sellers from Halder have now been further developed: The rubber insert with stand (3202.2) has an ingenious design that ensures the hammer is held securely upside down and requires less bending, making work much more ergonomic and easier on the back. The tried-and-tested rubber compound is very low-wear - cushioning and odourless and lasts many times longer than a conventional rubber mallet. The super plastic insert (series 3207) enables a higher impact force than the rubber insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made of extruded - extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-moulded plastic inserts, it is therefore much more wear-resistant and durable. The malleable cast iron housing has an integrated handle protection sleeve - which ensures a high level of break resistance. The high-quality - vibration-damping - ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double-coated in the grip area and therefore dirt-resistant. In accordance with the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This not only saves money - but also resources. This version is available in D60mm and D80mm. Also with a long handle as a sledge hammer. D80mm also available with extra short handle (Art. 3027.282).
