Product Description:
The Kreg PRS1025 precision router table top is a high-quality, robust MDF table top that offers a stable, safe and quiet routing solution for any workshop. Its 25 mm thick MDF core provides a flat and firm work surface that reliably absorbs vibrations, while a steel brace on the underside prevents sagging even under the weight of heavy routers and router lifts. The durable high-pressure laminate coating with a slightly nubbed, neatly finished surface enables a low-friction Easy-Slide® surface on which workpieces can be moved effortlessly, while a thick edge protects the top from knocks and abrasions. The top is pre-drilled to facilitate the mounting of precision inserts, and a heavy-duty 9.5 mm x 235 mm x 298 mm insert plate handles large routers with ease. The supplied Level-Loc reduction rings can be inserted flush into the panel surface using the supplied ring spanner, while a brass pin ensures controlled router contact during freehand routing. The laser-engraved grid on the underside enables exact centring and mounting of the router, and four precision levelling pieces ensure that the worktop and table surface remain perfectly flush. The versatile table top is compatible with standard guide grooves (9.5 mm x 19 mm) and can also accommodate pressure combs and other accessories. It has C-slot profile rails made of anodised aluminium (12.7 x 7.6 x 11 mm) and U-slot profile rails (19 x 9.5 mm) for maximum flexibility when attaching routing accessories and tools. In combination with the Kreg precision routing fence PRS1015, which ensures precise and secure guidance thanks to a self-aligning L-shaped design, micro-fine adjustment and a sliding, height-adjustable routing guard, as well as the Kreg universal base frame KRS1035, which serves as a stable base for routing tables, workbenches, assembly tables or tool bases, a customised milling system can be created that meets all requirements from hobby to professional users, enables maximum precision, is durable and is ideal for both small and large workpieces.
