Product Description:

The power tool was developed for trimming hedges in the home garden. The 18 V cordless hedge trimmer with a cutting length of 52 cm has a low noise level and a low-vibration handle. A safety switch prevents the machine from starting up unintentionally. The machine is light and easy to handle, and also impresses with its stainless steel cutting blade, which is sharpened on both sides and is easy to replace. A rubber buffer in the motor housing guarantees low-vibration operation, which enables high cutting performance and fatigue-free working. The integrated battery capacity indicator allows you to keep an eye on the remaining battery power at all times to prevent an abrupt interruption to work. The 3.0 Ah battery is equipped with reliable short-circuit, overvoltage and overheating protection. Thanks to unique battery technology and a perfectly matched charger, Makita batteries are recharged gently but effectively in an extremely short charging time with the DC18RC charger.
