Product Description:
The new Makita DUH 601 with new blade tooth shape guides branches better. The low friction of the blades results in less resistance, which leads to better running time and less wear on the material. The adjustable handle with 5 different positions (locking at 0° as well as 45° and 90° left and right) allows you to work comfortably in any position. Intelligent positioning of the battery at the rear end of the handle enables well-balanced handling. Makita promises powerful and effective work, similar to a petrol tool. The low weight of the tool means that work is effortless and clearly more effective. With a high and electronically adjustable stroke rate with 3 levels, faster and adjustable cuts are possible. The brushless motor ensures greater endurance, a longer service life and a more compact design. It has constant electronics, which means that the speed is adapted to the resistance. The stainless steel blade with sharpened edges on both sides is easy to replace. The Makita BL 1860 B is an 18 volt Li-Ion 6 Ah / 6000 mAh battery with LED charge level indicator. The battery impresses with its increased endurance and power output, while weighing only 40 grams more than the 5 Ah battery from Makita. The full charging time is also only 55 minutes (with a DC 18 RC charger), which makes the battery ready for use again extremely quickly compared to the working or idle time. As usual, the 1860 B is compatible with all devices in the 18 volt class from Makita and has a long runtime and service life thanks to Li-Ion technology.
