The Makita EM 404 MP scythe attachment for the Makita DUX 60 Z 2x 18V ( 36V ) is the perfect attachment for cutting grass, weeds, undergrowth and low vegetation in conjunction with an approved drive unit. All insert tools on the Makita DUX 60 Z can be changed completely without tools. Two 18 volt batteries (not included) provide the tool with an extremely high level of power. It is recommended to always use two of the same batteries. Makita has equipped the DUX 60 multifunctional drive with the latest technology, so it is optimally protected against dust and splash water with Xtreme Protect Technology ( XTP ). The powerful motor has Active Feedback sensing technology, which stops the device immediately if it jams. The Makita brush cutter / scythe attachment is the perfect solution for efficient and effortless cutting of grass, weeds etc., even in hard-to-reach corners. This attachment is only approved for use with the following appliances: EX2650 LH, DUX60.
