Product Description:
The Milwaukee M18 FPS55 cordless plunge-cut saw, a jewel from the FUEL™ series, combines the mobility of a cordless saw with the performance of a mains-powered circular saw. It cuts up to 45 metres of 18 mm plywood per 5.5 Ah battery charge at an impressive speed. Its innovative depth adjustment with two scales (with and without rail) enables simple adjustment at the touch of a button. The saw's extremely flat protective bonnet allows precise cuts flush with the wall at a distance of just 12 mm from the wall. An efficient dust extraction system, compatible with DEK26, keeps the work area clean. The scoring function minimises splinters in laminated materials with a precise 1 mm back cut. Complemented by versatile tilt settings with stops at 22.5°, 45° and 48° and a special -1° setting for back cuts, the saw offers optimum flexibility. The saw has a cutting window and a spring-loaded riving knife, which increases precision, while the spindle lock makes it easy to change the saw blade. The retractable riving knife remains securely positioned even when making plunge cuts. The variable speed control ranges from 2500 to 5600 rpm to adapt to different materials. Powered by MILWAUKEE®'s revolutionary technology - the brushless PowerState™ motor, Redlithium™ batteries and Redlink Plus™ electronics - the saw ensures outstanding performance, long runtime and superior durability. It is compatible with all MILWAUKEE® M18™ batteries, making it a versatile tool for professional requirements.
