Applications: Hose for high throughput of extremely abrasive bulk material, granulate, stone, conveying of dry and frozen foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals, vacuum and suction conveyors, dosing system, tablet press, mixer, dryer, packaging machine, big bag filling/emptying, mill, agriculture: pneumatic grain conveyors, animal housing: feed conveying, plant and transport, paper industry: waste water, exhaust air, silo vehicle/ tanker: Silo filling and emptying Features: super heavy-duty design, extremely abrasion-resistant thanks to targeted reinforcement under the wire and small hose pitch, very high pressure, vacuum and crown pressure resistance, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 and EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU Regulation 2015/174 by an independent testing institute for the entire hose, polyurethane food-safe in accordance with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010, odourless and tasteless, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis, good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals, very good low-temperature flexibility, in accordance with DIN 26057 type 4, RoHS compliant, REACH compliant, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 (food simulants A, B, C or E and D2) and EC 1935/2004, manufacturing process in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006 Construction: 1.
