Technical Data:

- Application recommendation: For particularly flexible use, for a large expansion diameter or to reach hard-to-reach areas, remove the support ring at the start of work. Remove the support ring as soon as the trimming has been processed up to the support ring. This allows the remaining fill to be released and fully utilised. For best performance, use a tool drive with at least 300 watts. Please observe the recommended speeds.

- Safety instructions: When clamping the brush, ensure that the shaft is clamped as far as possible into the holder. This applies in particular to use in the high speed range. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.

- Advantages: The brush is degreased and leaves no oil residue on the workpiece. Very good corrosion resistance. Produces fine surfaces. Spreading and flexibility of the brush fill can be precisely adjusted using the support ring. Optimum access to hard-to-reach areas such as recesses and drill holes. Once the fill has been worked down to the support ring, it can be removed for further use without changing the brushing behaviour. The plastic coating prevents the risk of contact corrosion. The support ring prevents the wires from moving sideways.
