If your parcel should have arrived long ago according to the tracking information, you've come to the right place. This is our portal for lost and undelivered parcels. Please fill out the form below. We will open a case with the shipping company using your information. We will need to submit a legally binding declaration. We will review the case, fill out the necessary declaration with your details, send it to you for signature and review, and forward the document to the shipping company on your behalf. The company will then review everything internally and get back to you. The process can take approximately 7–10 days. The sooner you contact us, the better!
